Born and raised in Thailand, moved to Las Vegas in 2000 after earning a degree in Architecture. He went to Le Cordon Bleu, graduating in 2005 with honor roll while working at the French Michelin Star Fleur de Lys, where he became Executive Chef in just 5 years. He later joined Caesars Palace, in charged of 4,000+ rooms, 16 Villas for High Roller, Celebrity, and 5,000+ staffs daily. He then followed his roots to opened What’s Zaap? Thai Food—a new beginning inspired by real Thai flavors.
